What do you sell?
TeeZavora sells original graphic long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, t-shirts, tank tops and v-neck t-shirts. Every design is printed on demand when you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size chart (sizes XS to 5XL, depending on the style). Sizes can differ slightly between styles, so please check the chart for the exact item before ordering.
How long does it take to make my order?
Production takes about 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders to the United States ship free on $60 USD or more. Full rates and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships; it can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 15 minutes of placing it. Email support@teezavora.com or call +61 2 9630 5598 with your order number as soon as possible. After that your item goes into production and can no longer be changed.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back at your cost.
Can I return an item I do not want?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. See our Payment Policy.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. Use NEW10 for 10% off your order. Use NEW20 for 20% off orders of $50 or more. Use NEW30 for 30% off orders of $100 or more. Each code can be used once per customer. We also take off extra automatically when you buy more: Buy 2, save 10%; Buy 3, save 15%; Buy 4+, save 20%.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the design bright for longer.
